The Cub by Participant Life is a versatile pediatric wheelchair designed to grow with your child. Engineered for both indoor and outdoor use, it offers features that promote comfort, support and independence.
It suits children who need postural support – for example due to conditions like cerebral palsy – and families looking for a chair that adapts to their child's growth and activity level, from home and school to outdoor adventures.
Tilt & recline
Seat tilts from -9° to 45° and the backrest reclines through multiple angles – helps with pressure management and comfort.
Grows with the child
Hip width adjustment from 19 cm to 36.5 cm – suitable for small children up to early teens.
Portable
The heaviest component weighs only 13 kg and the chair folds compactly for small vehicles or as airline baggage.
All-terrain option
Optional All-Terrain Accessory installs without tools for uneven surfaces.
Postural support
Adjustable headrest, hip guides, lateral trunk supports and flip-down abductor.
