The Aspen Vista® Cervical Collar restricts cervical motion while helping to protect the skin. Its patented height-adjustment system lets one collar fit a wide range of patients: simply pull and turn the dial to choose one of six heights – even while the collar is being worn.
Cotton-lined pads wick moisture away from the skin and polyurethane foam spreads pressure evenly, reducing contact points at the back of the head. An extra-large front window gives access for airway care and other procedures.

- Preform: bend the rear edges of the side panels slightly inward so the collar sits closer around the neck.
- Adjust height: place the dial at or just below the sternal notch, pull it out and turn clockwise until the chin piece reaches the chin.
- Check the fit: the sternal notch should be visible through the front window, with no gaps at the chin or chest, and the chin piece must not press on the throat.
- Secure: with the neck in neutral alignment, fasten the hook-and-loop straps on both sides.
