ROM Walker is a lower leg and foot brace for mobilisation in an adjustable range of motion. The patient or an orthotist can quickly and easily adjust the Quick-Set hinge to set the angle of immobilisation in ten-degree increments, and the tilt angle of the foot (plantar flexion / dorsiflexion) can also be set.
With its adjustable ROM hinge, the brace promotes early functional mobilisation: the range of movement can be adjusted individually depending on the clinical picture and treatment, and the extension and flexion limitation can protect against unwanted joint movements.

Indications
All indications requiring early functional mobilisation with ROM limitation in the lower leg and foot, such as:
- Fractures of the fibula (post-operative and non-surgical)
- Dislocated fractures of the talocrural (ankle) joint
- Injuries of the forefoot, midfoot or tarsus (non-surgical)
- After surgery for ligament, soft tissue and tendon injuries
- Follow-up treatment of fractures of the talus, calcaneus and medial malleolus
- Early functional therapy after Achilles tendon rupture (non-surgical / post-operative)
