The PIUMA-UP mattress with interchangeable elements is recommended for the prevention and treatment of stage II bedsores, in long-term therapies and home therapies.
The single-element mattress inflates and deflates alternately within 12 minutes. The alternation of the points of contact with the epidermis performs a gentle massage that allows a good flow of blood and good oxygenation of the tissues, preventing the formation of pressure ulcers.
The knob allows easy adjustment of the pressure according to the patient's weight. The 18 elements of the 10.2 cm high Nylon + PVC mattress are particularly comfortable, fixed by means of buttons, easily interchangeable in case of breakage and washable.The compressor can be easily adapted to all types of bed thanks to the plastic-coated metal hooks on the back.
