The PrimSpine Focus is a lumbosacral bivalve corset. Its high-density thermoformed polyethylene rear plate has paravertebral reinforcement ribs between two thick metal stays for stabilisation and lumbar immobilisation; it is removable and can be moulded with a hot air gun.
The intra-abdominal pressure created by the structure corrects hyperlordosis, achieving a high degree of lumbar stabilisation, immobilisation and unloading. It is easy to fit, even for post-surgical and bedridden patients, and suits patients who sit for long periods or use wheelchairs.

Indications
Disc herniation, osteoporosis, spondyloarthritis, spondylolysis (with or without instability), trauma, compression fractures, degenerative disc disease, post-operative fusion, chronic muscle disease.
Metal stays
Two thick rear stays plus two removable mid-lateral stays in the front plate.
Secure closure
The rear overlaps the front laterally and closes with micro-hook.
Removable plates
Front and rear plates can be removed.
Easy fitting
