The PRIM NPOS154 lumbosacral belt gives abdominal compression with light support for the lower back. It is made in Neoprair, a lycra–neoprene–lycra fabric that is lighter, more compressive and more adaptable than standard neoprene.

Neoprair supports joints and muscles without restricting movement. It generates therapeutic heat that helps circulation, and wicks sweat away so the skin stays dry. It can also help prevent recurring injuries.
