The Philadelphia Collar by Prim is a rigid cervical collar that keeps the neck firmly immobilised. It is made of 11 mm reticulated polyethylene foam and comes in two pieces (front and back), so it can be fitted without moving the patient.
The front piece has a tracheal opening that allows ventilation and direct access to the trachea when needed. The fixings are X-ray transparent, so the collar can stay on during imaging. It is suitable for emergency use.

Heights: 2¼" = 5.5 cm, 3¼" = 8 cm, 4¼" = 10.5 cm, 5¼" = 13 cm. Measure around the middle of the neck. The height is the distance from the chin to the top of the breastbone.
