The Patelladyn knee support by Sporlastic is designed for active muscular and passive medialisation of the patella. It contains a lateral half-ring with drawstrings, a medial pad and a medialising rein.

Measure the leg circumference at two points: d = 14 cm below the knee joint space and f = 14 cm above the knee joint space. Then choose the size in which both measurements fit.
