Shipping Policy – OrthoHouse

Cyprus

We ship all products via ACS Courier or Akis Express to their respective pickup stores/collection points across Cyprus.

• Delivery Time: Within 3 working days from the date of order.
• Shipping Charge: €2 per order in Cyprus.
• Kybun Products: Kybun items can only be shipped within Cyprus and cannot be delivered internationally.

International Shipping (Europe)

We currently ship to the following European countries:

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, Vatican.

• Shipping Charge: €8 per order for Europe.
• Oversize Items: €15 flat rate per order for oversize products.
• Shipping Method: Postal Service.

Please note: Kybun products cannot be shipped outside Cyprus.

More Information

• Our distribution centres do not dispatch shipments on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
• We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
• Delivery times may vary depending on destination country.
• In case of delays, please contact your local postal service with your tracking number.
• You will receive a notification with pickup details once your parcel arrives at the ACS or Akis Express store.
• Deliveries are not made on public holidays; orders will be delivered on the next working day.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or local taxes imposed by the destination country.
