PRIM UPGO is a dynamic orthosis that provides functional support for dorsiflexion and controls medio-lateral deviations of the foot during the swing phase of gait, in cases of foot drop caused by flaccid paralysis.
The lightweight, anatomically shaped plantar band (PSL8ABD) lets you use the PRIM UPGO without shoes – with open shoes, flip-flops, sandals or even barefoot (socks recommended).
Without shoes
Use the UpGo barefoot, with sandals or open shoes.

The PRIM UPGO consists of 3 components:
- Supramalleolar band in flexible, stabilising fabric with micro-velcro closure and integrated double adjustment; anatomical silicone padding protects the Achilles tendon.
- Shoe support with micro-velcro fastening, for lace-up and velcro shoes without metal hooks.
- Strap-and-buckle traction system that connects the support to the band and keeps the foot in a physiological position.
