This hot/cold gel pad gives you two therapies in one. Use it cold to calm swelling, bruising and sprains after an injury, or warm to relax stiff muscles and ease aches in the back, neck, shoulders or joints. The soft polyester cover is gentle on the skin and the gel inside stays flexible, so the pad shapes itself to the body.

Protect the skin
Always place a cloth between the pad and the skin.
Short sessions
Apply for about 15–20 minutes at a time, or as advised by your physiotherapist.
Do not use on broken or numb skin. Stop if the skin becomes red or painful, and ask your doctor if you are unsure.
