Made of silicone hollow fiber contained in a polyester fabric covering with a cotton sheath. The main property of the silicone-coated hollow fiber is resilience, that is the ability to return to its original shape even after strong stress and pressure, thus maintaining softness and elasticity over time. Insulates from heat and cold as the hollow fiber has a high thermal insulation power. In addition to being highly breathable, it allows the equal distribution of weight avoiding venous occlusions which are the main cause of the onset of pressure sores.
