This thumb saddle joint brace fixes the metacarpo-phalangeal and carpo-metacarpal joints. It partially immobilises the thumb joints and carpus while the wrist remains freely mobile and grip function is preserved.

Saddle joint arthrosis

Partial immobilisation of the radial carpus, MCP and CMC joints.

Ligament injury

Ulnar collateral ligament lesion of MCP 1, e.g. skier's thumb.

Arthrosis

Arthrosis of the radial carpus and MCP 1; navicular pseudo-arthrosis.

Pre / post-op

Conservative / post-operative thumb and finger care.
