FOR PLANTAR FASCIITIS & HEEL PAIN

Stop that stabbing heel pain with your first steps in the morning

The Strassburg Sock keeps your plantar fascia and calf gently stretched all night – so they don't tighten up while you sleep, and your first steps out of bed hurt less.

  • Works while you sleep
  • Targets morning heel pain
  • Soft – not a rigid boot
  • Drug-free & non-invasive

If your first steps out of bed feel painful, the Strassburg Sock is a simple way to support your recovery while you rest. Worn like a long sock with an adjustable strap, it keeps the foot and calf in a gentle, sustained stretch through the night – so the tissues under your foot are not left tight and shortened by morning. It is soft, breathable and light enough to sleep in comfortably, and is designed to be used as part of a conservative, non-invasive treatment programme recommended by your healthcare professional.

What the Sock does for plantar fasciitis

Without the Sock – at night
  1. While you sleep, your foot naturally points downwards.
  2. The plantar fascia (the band of tissue under your foot) and the calf muscles rest in a shortened position and tighten up.
  3. Your first steps in the morning suddenly stretch the tight fascia – causing that sharp, stabbing heel pain and irritating the tissue again, every day.
With the Strassburg Sock
  1. The strap gently pulls your toes upwards and holds the foot at a comfortable angle all night.
  2. The plantar fascia and calf stay gently lengthened instead of tightening up.
  3. In the morning the tissue is already stretched – your first steps are easier and less painful, giving the fascia a better chance to recover.

The Sock supports conservative (non-surgical) management of plantar fasciitis, together with the exercises, footwear and insoles your healthcare professional recommends. If pain persists or worsens, consult a doctor or physiotherapist.
