Characteristics:
New orthosis that offers maximum control in humerus injuries, thanks to its innovative traction system. Y-traction System uses a traction device to increase and adjust the tension, helping to maximise control over the alignment, fixation and immobilisation of the humerus. Padded and breathable technical fabric: comfortable and respectful with the skin.
Bivalve structure with removable, high density PE thermoformed plates: can be heat formed to achieve a perfect anatomical adaptation to the patient. * The valves can be shaped with a heat gun at 150oC at about 15 cm. distance. Easy-fit chest strap to prevent the orthosis from sliding down. Padded armpit support for comfortable underarm fitting avoiding any type of friction or discomfort. Fixation system using 3 humeral straps, threaded through 3 butterfly buckles with micro- hook closure and an anchor stop: they ensure an easy, comfortable and secure adjustment.
Indications:
Indicated for the treatment of diaphyseal humerus fractures, postoperative treatment of fractures and control of the instability of the fractures focus during the consolidation process. 100% latex free.
