The Moretti Domus 3 is an alternating therapy kit with an interchangeable-cell mattress and a pump with pressure regulation. It is designed for the prevention and care of pressure sores – the manufacturer indicates it up to stage III.
The first 3 elements have a static cushion function to support the head; the rest of the mattress is divided into sections that inflate and deflate alternately to help redistribute pressure. The pressure can be adjusted to the patient’s weight.

Changing contact points help relieve pressure on the body.

Switches off alternation so the mattress works as a normal mattress.

Sound and visual low-pressure alarms on the pump.
Skin-friendly cover
Breathable, waterproof Nylon/PU cover with zip.
Interchangeable cells
17 cells in Nylon® + TPU, 9 of them with micro-holes; cells can be replaced individually.
CPR valve
Rapid deflation in about 35 seconds.
Quick connectors
Connectors with caps, which also allow the patient to be transported.
Pump
Pressure regulation, low-pressure alarms and interchangeable filters.
Secure on the bed
Fixing straps and cable rings included.
