Thomas Suspension Splint dynamically extends the wrist and MP joints in the presence of radial nerve palsy.
The splint includes thumb outrigger and synthetic elastic bands. It can be adjusted to fit quickly and easily. The adjustable tension allows active wrist flexion. It has soft hook and loop strap.
Sizing: Measure distance across metacarpal heads on dorsal surface from radial aspect of second metacarpal head to ulnar aspect of fifth metacarpal head.
